Description MaineHealth CorporateProfessional - Clinical Position Summary The Clinic-Based Pharmacist for Dermatology will provide direct patient care within MaineHealth Dermatology-Portland, supporting high-quality, collaborative care through medication management, patient education, and interdisciplinary coordination. This role focuses on optimizing dermatologic therapies for patients with chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, hidradenitis suppurativa, and autoimmune dermatologic diseases. The pharmacist will work closely with dermatologists, nurses, care coordinators, and other team members to improve patient outcomes and support specialty medication access and adherence. The pharmacist will spend 2-3 days per week in clinic providing direct patient care, with remaining time dedicated to clinical tasks such as prior authorizations, patient follow-up, and medication monitoring.
