Your Assignment at a Glance

  • Reliable, consistent, on-site attendance is a requirement. This position requires you to be punctual and dependable to meet the needs of the business; including attending and participating in local and remote meetings and presentations, as required.
  • Coordinate and support Distribution, Vehicle Supply (Vehicle Ordering and Allocation), Vehicle Programs and Incentives operations by handling dealer, field and associate emails and phone inquiries.
  • Support GST dealers and field staff through inquiries, system guidance, vehicle pipeline management training, incentive processes (monthly programs, payments, etc.), and departmental communications.
  • Assist Vehicle Programs with evaluation units, executive referrals, VIP requests, Cyber Sales, damage vehicle processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Training, Marketing, TMNA, VPC, USAL and other partners to align supply-demand strategies, product launches and improve business outcomes.
  • Length is uncertain but is expected to be a long term contract.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; plus four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast pace, dynamic work environment
  • Computer literacy - able to navigate and operate a computer proficiently (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint, Edge/Chrome). Able to understand GST financial and productivity measurements.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by a Contractor to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the Contractor is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The Contractor is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The Contractor must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
