Visiting Scholar

Our laboratory team is seeking a highly motivated individual to contribute to cutting-edge cancer research by performing advanced data analysis, biostatistics, bioinformatics, and machine learning. The role will involve processing and analyzing large-scale single-cell and spatial multi-omics datasets, developing and applying computational pipelines, and integrating diverse data types to uncover biological insights. The candidate will collaborate closely with experimental scientists and clinicians, design and implement statistical models, and leverage machine learning approaches to identify predictive biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Visiting scholar to work on completing their own research and while doing so is providing assistance on a university research project for Medical Oncology faculty.

This position requires strong quantitative skills, proficiency in programming (e.g., R, Python), and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, translational research environment focused on driving innovation from data to clinic.
