The Product Manager for Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our integrated hiring and recruiting software solutions within the broader Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the global talent acquisition landscape, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), and the critical integration points with Core HR, Payroll, and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a passionate user advocate, and a hands-on leader capable of driving execution across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.

A Day In The Life Includes:

  • Ensure that product roadmaps and product strategy align with larger Infor business goals.
  • Prioritize, develop and communicate product roadmaps and strategy to customers, partners, analysts and prospects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including industry strategy, sales, marketing, support, design and product development on product line strategy.
  • Drive partnership, platform and integration strategy across the solution.
  • Keep a pulse on buyers, competitors and larger HCM market.
  • Set strategic goals and initiatives to strengthen Infor's market position.
  • Develop metrics to monitor and quantify impact of new capabilities and opportunities for further investment.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Possess a sense of ownership and "CEO of your product" attitude.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Previous experience working on HR, payroll, benefits or work technology-related software products.
  • Previous experience using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision -making.
  • Comfortable using product, collaboration and development tools such as JIRA and Aha.
  • Experience in product management, management consulting or related experience in SaaS.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, journalism, communications or similar fields.
  • Direct experience as product manager for talent acquisition software.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
