The Investment Product Development and Activation team is a newly established group within SEI's Asset Management organization, dedicated to designing innovative investment solutions that improve client outcomes and expand access to new markets. Structured around two core pillars-Investment Product & Platform and Investment Product Commercialization, the team collaborates closely with investments, technology, marketing, and sales to drive strategic growth.

The Analyst role will focus on the Managed Accounts segment within the Investment Product & Platform pillar, supporting efforts to strengthen the existing platform, develop new offerings, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver scale and accelerate growth. The Managed Account offering provides SEI's clients access to separately managed accounts, model portfolios, and SEI's tax management offering. This role will report to the co-head of Managed Accounts.

What you will do:

  • Support planning and execution of investment product initiatives, provide expertise to stakeholders, maintain project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on investment products and enhancements and lead team meetings to set clear agendas and ensure effective communication and accountability

  • Act as the main contact for partner firms, assist with due diligence and coordinate issue resolution

  • Research market trends and competitors, analyze data, and provide insights to inform product strategy and positioning

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress towards is a plus)

  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Experience with managed accounts and/or advisory platforms preferred

  • Understanding investment products, including SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, and ETFs

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation formats

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel required
