What You've Accomplished



  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, a related field, or comparable experience in lieu of degree

    • Engineering disciplines can include Chemical, Computer (Science) Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Nuclear


  • At least 10 years of directly related experience
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, vendors, and customers
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly, ad work well as part of a team
  • Skilled in building trust, listening actively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and technical proposal software
  • Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and securing long-term contracts
  • Ability to anticipate client needs based on evolving energy strategies and infrastructure investments

  • Desire and ability to create and implement a long-term Nuclear Instrumentation Product Strategy for Incore, FIDS, RMAS, including market analysis and capture plans
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products during customer visits and presentations to ensure a bridge between sales and engineering
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop key product lifecycle improvements to meet market strategies
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure proposals and estimates are thorough and timely to meet customer needs
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with external customers and internal colleagues



Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Product Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Nuclear Instrumentation Business Line in the Instrumentation & Controls Business Unit. Your work will include creating strategy to position Framatome Nuclear Instrumentation for market growth in US nuclear power plant modernization. You will demonstrate depth of technical and commercial understanding and advise on key product improvements to sustain market share and propel growth. You'll work with customers and sites to share technical expertise and to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs. You will have excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal and external peers. This position requires up to 50% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
