As a Security Officer - Financial Site Patrol in Buffalo, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and build a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols support a secure atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report activities and/or incidents at the location to maintain a visible presence and assist with security-related needs.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and others encountered on site, offering assistance as required.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols and incident response in a timely manner.
• Assist with access control procedures and monitor entrances and exits as directed by site policy.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
