Customer Project Manager

US Annual Base Salary Range*: USD 110,027.27 - 204,336.36 *Plus, potential incentive/variable compensation for eligible roles.

The Customer Project Response Assigns tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. Responsible for the overall project success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance. End-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Define project scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, quality, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and Nokia management
  • Forecast & Actualize Nokia Site Tracker.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

Must have:

  • At least 10 years of telecom experience including site acquisition, construction, integration, optimization process knowledge
  • OSHA 10 Certified, at minimum
  • Strong focus on safety in the work environment
  • Highly Developed Knowledge of project management skills, with understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource, and delivery management.
  • Developed Financial knowledge, ability to define/track project/program financials such as Budget, Margin, Invoicing, Revenue recognition
  • Proficient computer skills, MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with T-Mobile Magenta Build
  • PMP certification
