As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials and screen individuals entering and/or exiting the facility according to site-specific procedures.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, suspicious activity, or policy violations in a timely manner.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel with security-related inquiries and directions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner as outlined in site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter and identify security-related issues or hazards.
• Support Allied Universal management and client representatives in executing site-specific security-related policies and procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established guidelines and protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
