Job Summary
The Service Supervisor - Field oversees the daily activities of service technicians, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Acting as both a working supervisor and a front-line advisor, this role provides direct support to technicians and serves as a key point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include monitoring field performance, coaching technicians on safety practices and productivity, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Typically supervises a team of 2-4 service technicians. Essential Duties
