Job Summary

To ensure shipments are processed effectively, efficiently and on a timely basis, coordinate carrier pick ups and process shipment claims as necessary

The opportunity:

• Processes shipments through computerized manifest system.

• Generates required shipping documents.

• Assists in the sortation and loading of shipments.

• Coordinates pick ups and deliveries.

• Tracks, and files claims for shipments per SOP's.

• Ensures that work area is safe and clean.

• After hour support functions as business requires.

• Tasks as assigned by management.

• Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm but at times can vary slightly.

• Work Overtime as needed.

Who you are:

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.

• 1 -2 Years of related experience.

• Thorough understanding of the principles and applications of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001.

• Basic computer skills with competency using standard software packages (Word and Excel).

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Be able to perform basic math calculations.

• Thorough understanding of appropriate safety procedures.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Competence in SAP.

To be qualified for this position you must currently reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis.

Pay transparency

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is 33,200.00 - 61,600.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
