As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver - Logistics in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic logistics and distribution location. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for covering a larger area using a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating professionally with staff and visitors as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and monitoring for any irregularities.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in or around the logistics and distribution location.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during shifts.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit points as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
