As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and respond to potential concerns. You will interact with visitors and tenants, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate promptly with site staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible presence.
• Report any suspicious activities or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and thoroughly in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with property management and/or building staff as required to address security-related matters and support the overall security posture of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
