Summary:
The Manager of Quality and Safety will lead agency-wide efforts to implement a comprehensive quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) plan, improve patient safety and patient experience, coordinate infection prevention activities, and manage accreditation and regulatory compliance.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: At least 5 years working in a health care delivery organization required, with a minimum of 2 years in a primarily administrative or management role. Experience working in one of the following areas required: Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, or Regulatory Compliance. Experience with regulatory and licensing conditions of participation or other compliance standards and processes required. Experience leading, managing, and working with teams across multiple locations preferred.
