Job Description

The Senior Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies, define objectives, and set key performance indicators. They coordinate the end-to-end campaign process, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative development, and post-campaign analysis. Additionally, they leverage data and analytics to drive insights and improvements, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget to meet clients' needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Campaign Strategy: Development: Collaborates with engagement and strategy teams to develop effective campaign strategies.

Industry Research: Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies.

Campaign Execution: Oversees end-to-end campaign process, including setup, targeting, and creative development.

Optimization and Testing: Continuously optimizes campaigns through testing and iteration, including periodic updates and fixes.

Job Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Executes development and maintenance of complex marketing technology platforms and solutions in the healthcare industry, working with cross-functional teams, including account executives, email developers, WebOps, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Conducts solution reviews and testing to ensure compliance with healthcare industry-specific standards, regulations, and alignment with engagement strategy.
  • Manages project planning and execution, adhering to healthcare industry regulations and standards, while ensuring that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize campaign performance, including management and delivery of microscopic reporting on subscribers and campaigns.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Any Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Extensive experience in managing email and/or mobile campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Active Campaign, Marketo or other comparable platforms, that drive results and meet business objectives while adhering to industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Expertise in optimizing campaigns through segmentation, personalization, reporting, and automation capabilities in platforms such as SFMC.
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices, including spam filters, domain reputation, and authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR, ensuring campaigns are compliant and sensitive information is protected.
  • Leads and manages small to medium-sized projects in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in creating marketing journeys and performing administrative tasks within CRM platforms such as SFMC, MailChimp, Active campaign and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of automation studio, query studio, analytics builder within SFMC.
  • Leads and manages small to medium-sized projects in the healthcare industry.
  • Works independently and collaboratively in a team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Communicates technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges

  • Demonstrates a track record of delivering high-quality campaign execution on time and within budget, while strictly adhering to healthcare industry regulations and standards.
  • Proactively stays abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry-specific challenges related to interoperability, data privacy, and other critical areas.
  • Provides strategic technical guidance and direction to senior management in the healthcare industry.
  • Plays an active role in mentoring and coaching junior team members, providing guidance on campaign execution best practices, and helping to develop their skills and capabilities within the healthcare industry.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements and best practices in the healthcare industry, including those related to marketing automation, data segmentation, and other industry-specific challenges.

Salary
$95,000 to $125,000 annually
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
