Could you be the full-time hybrid Tax Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your tax expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. You'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance, driving accuracy in IFRS tax accounting, and supporting strategic projects that influence our business globally. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Finance, Legal, and Operations), conduct in-depth tax research to interpret evolving regulations, and ensure timely filings of federal and state tax returns, including indirect tax compliance, and much more. We'll look to you for:
Conducting in-depth tax research to interpret and apply evolving tax laws, regulations, and best practices,
Assisting in tax provision reporting, calculating, and recording current and deferred income tax expense in compliance with IFRS (IAS 12),
Maintaining accurate reconciliations of assigned tax accounts,
Supporting the bid process by analyzing state, local, and international tax implications,
Gathering, organizing, and archiving tax data to support federal and state audits, ensuring historical records are properly maintained,
Interpreting, investigating, and responding to IRS and state agency correspondence,
Collaborating across departments to provide expertise and support on complex tax projects and ensure seamless coordination,
Leveraging advanced tax software (Corptax preferred) and technology to drive efficiency in tax reporting,
Developing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships to support business operations and strategic projects,
Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master's in Taxation/Accounting is a plus),
Minimum 2 years of corporate income tax experience (processes and compliance),
Knowledge of U.S. tax rules, and accounting for income taxes,
- Public accounting (Big 4) or industry experience is a plus,
Familiarity with tax software (Corptax experience preferred) and advanced computer skills,
Strong communication and collaboration skills,
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines,
Analytical skills to conduct in-depth tax research and interpret complex regulations,
Resilience and adaptability to navigate evolving tax laws and challenges.
