Hours & Pay



  • Pay: $30+ per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Some extended hours or rare Saturday work may occur during large projects
  • On-call rotation for emergency service issues
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do



  • Install, maintain, and repair security systems, security cameras, phone systems, fiber optics, and low-voltage wiring
  • Supervise wire installers and ensure high-quality project execution
  • Use hand tools, specialized equipment, laptops, and software for installation and troubleshooting
  • Perform physical tasks, including climbing, standing, stooping, twisting, turning, lifting, and working in confined spaces
  • Resolve system issues through hands-on troubleshooting
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with clients
  • Travel up to 60 miles daily to job sites
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs



What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred experience in security systems, low-voltage wiring, or related technical fields
  • Willingness to learn and grow-training available for the right candidate
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments and all weather conditions
  • Strong communication, customer service skills, and professional presentation
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
