Now Hiring Quality Technician

New Iberia, LA

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Shift: Current Schedules (7 AM - 3 PM | 3 PM - 11 PM | 11 PM - 7 AM) Transitioning to 12-hour shifts in January

Must be flexible to train on any shift. Training lasts 6 - 8 weeks.

What Makes You the Right Fit



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related lab or quality experience preferred
  • Experience with HACCP, GMPs, and FSSC preferred.
  • Food manufacturing exp
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong work ethic and a crew-first attitude

How You Keep Quality Tight



  • Inspect equipment, materials, and production processes for quality
  • Perform foreign material detection and testing
  • Conduct facility audits and housekeeping checks
  • Support analytical testing and method validation
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and lab safety guidelines
  • Maintain accurate QC records and documentation
  • Provide backup support for fellow Quality Technicians
