Pay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Skills That Get You Hired



  • 1 year of programming and setup experience with SMT Machines.
  • Strong understanding of SMT operating procedures and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and read blueprints with precision.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IPC 610 and J-STD-001 standards is highly preferred.
  • Soldering experience is a plus.


On the Job



  • Program and set up SMT Machines for custom-built orders based on product specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak operation and minimal downtime.
  • Read and interpret blueprints for custom-built circuit boards.
  • Work efficiently on assigned workstations, monitoring and tracking the quality of assemblies.
  • Inspect, assemble, and touch up components per J-STD-001 standards to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines.
  • Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Provide timely, accurate feedback to SMT operators for process improvements and quality adjustments.
  • Solder to meet IPC 610 quality standards on components as small as 0201 chip components, using both Tin-lead and Lead-free alloys.
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
