• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, guiding them through flooring selections
• Recommend materials based on design preferences, budget, and project needs
• Provide expert knowledge on product features, installation methods, and care
• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, invoices, and sales documentation
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery and installation scheduling
• Partner with installation teams to ensure timelines and specifications are met
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
• Maintain clean, organized showroom displays that highlight product offerings
• Track sales activity, follow up on leads, and meet monthly sales goals
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's a plus)
• At least 1 year of flooring sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency (POS, CRM, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to read blueprints or room measurements is a plus
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic
