The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$70,300.00 - $105,500.00

Purpose Statement: Responsible for all aspects of facilities and grounds management, maintenance and security. In that capacity, the incumbent must oversee the allocation and coordination of all facility space for manufacturing, equipment, utilities, support systems, offices and warehouse.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Supervise preventive and reactive maintenance of facility equipment and systems, ensuring timely resolution to issues and continuous production.
  • Support the monitoring and performance of facility security systems, processes and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure safety.
  • Lead the monitoring, performance, and metrics related to facility support systems and utilities.
  • Oversee planning and budgeting for facility upgrades and modifications, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Provide direction, assistance, and support to contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Four (4) years of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of equivalent industry related experience is preferred.
  • Journeyman Electrician certificate is highly desirable.
  • 1 or more years in a managerial or project leader role is highly desirable.
  • Certificate of CFM, CPE or FMP is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in ISO 9000, 14001, 13485 preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
