As a Senior Product Designer, you will help shape the user experience of consumer-facing digital products across the FOX Sports platforms. You will be challenged to produce on-brand designs for FOX Sports.com, FOX Sports app, and connected TV devices for some of the biggest sporting events of the year. You will be closely collaborating with product managers, developers, and fellow designers. Your work will span the full product development lifecycle - from early concepts and wireframes to polished UI and design handoff. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives on solving complex design problems and delivering delightful, intuitive experiences at scale.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design new features of varying complexity for web and mobile products

  • Produce annotated design assets to streamline development

  • Create interactive prototypes for executive presentations and usability validation

  • Perform iterative design improvement cycles to optimize user experience

  • Collaborate in product, design, and engineering discussions to evaluate and enhance the designs and experience

  • Work closely with developers to ensure clean handoff and efficient asset delivery

  • Partner with QA to validate designs are implemented to spec before release

  • Manage and maintain standards within the design team, including tools and processes

  • Participate in product brainstorming and ideation sessions

  • Stay current on mobile development best practices and cross-platform design trends

  • Stay informed on sports and entertainment trends to better connect with the target audience

  • Support other duties and responsibilities as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Product Design or similar with at least 8+ years of experience in a company or agency setting

  • Passion for sports with strong knowledge across multiple leagues

  • Proven track record designing and launching consumer-facing products

  • Collaborative, egoless team player who communicates well with cross-functional partners

  • Self-starter with ability to own projects from wireframes through to developer-ready assets

  • Strong attention to detail and clear annotation skills

  • Working knowledge of UI/UX patterns across platforms including iOS and Android

  • Experience designing responsive websites across multiple breakpoints

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to stakeholders

  • Ability to assess various design states within a project or feature

  • Desire to create best-in-class designs that go beyond standard solutions

  • Comfortable using Slack, Jira, Figma, E-mail, Zoom, and similar tools

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement

  • Regular use of AI tools to enhance productivity

  • Working knowledge of design systems and building reusable components

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience prototyping interactions and animations

  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent tools for tracking tasks and progress

  • Experience working on AI-integrated projects involving chat, voice, or related functionality

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
