As a Sr. Sourcing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how T-Mobile manages all elements of our supply chain, this could be forward and reverse logistics, with 3PL/4PL partnerships, handset repair/refurbishment, transportation, and value-added services that keep millions of devices moving seamlessly across our network. The Sr Sourcing Manager contributes focused expertise and drives a culture of spending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. Serves as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers in the Network and Device Supply Chain procurement group. Interfaces with senior leadership both within T-Mobile and at suppliers. Travel: Overland Park, KS Compensation Range: $118,000 - $159,600 Frisco, TX Compensation Range: $125,200 - $169,400 Base Pay Range: $108,400 - $195,500 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
