Job Summary

The Supervisor of Services Management provides leadership, oversight, and strategic support for operational processes within the Services Management team. This role is responsible for managing and mentoring team members, managing workload assignments, and ensuring operational excellence through compliance, process improvement, and alignment with organizational goals. The Supervisor also serves as an escalation point for support issues and plays a key role in onboarding, training, and performance development.

What you'll do

  • Lead and support the introduction of new services and processes within Services Management

  • Mentor and train team members, providing guidance and acting as an escalation point for technical or process-related questions

  • Assist in workload and project assignments, ensuring alignment with business priorities

  • Lead in the hiring process and conduct performance reviews for employees

  • Conduct monthly supervisor-to-employee meetings focused on career development, performance, and workload

  • Step in to provide hands-on support or direction for team members and project activities

  • Promote a "lead by example" culture and maintain relevancy in job function

  • Understand business objectives and lead process improvement initiatives

  • Develop documentation including process guides, project presentations, and compliance materials

  • Identify and recommend process improvements, including pros, cons, risks, and KPIs

  • Manage the Services Management training program and maintain training documentation

  • Run monthly audit control reports and escalate findings to management

  • Ensure timely execution of the Services Management Operational Calendar

  • Support the vision, goals, and strategies of Services Management

  • Share and implement best practices across the team

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Services Operations, Professional Services, or a related field OR

  • 7 years of experience in Services Operations, Professional Services, or a related field without a degree, and 1 year of leadership experience

  • Strong leadership and operational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve issues creatively

  • Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through

  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment and lead by example

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Pay range: $ 74,000 - $ 105,000, depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
