Job Posting: Data Entry Clerk (Contract) Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid) Schedule: Part-time, 25 hours/week (Flexible hours within 8am-5pm) Duration: 4 months - Could be extended for longer or have opportunity to go long-term and full-time with this team/company Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour About the Company & Role We partner with a global leader in electronic devices to support their purchasing team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data entry and smooth communication between internal teams and overseas partners. Position Overview As a Data Entry Clerk, you will process high-volume correspondence and maintain shipment documentation. This position requires attention to detail, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities * Enter shipment tracking data into ERP system * Maintain documentation for contract manufacturer shipments * Communicate documentation issues with compliance and overseas partners * Process high-volume correspondence with internal and external customers Required Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus Preferred Skills * Familiarity with CRM systems * Experience with ERP systems Work Environment & Schedule * Hybrid or remote options available * 25 hours per week (flexible, 5 hours/day) Benefits (Eligibility Requirements Apply) * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) retirement plan * Life and disability insurance * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Paid time off * Employee Assistance Program Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.
