Genitourinary Pathologist

Genitourinary Pathologist - Memphis, TN

Our Memphis, TN Laboratory is seeking a Genitourinary Pathologist with general surgical sign-out. This pathologist will be one part of a two-person collaborative team. The case mix will include prostate, urinary bladder, urine cytology, and general pathology specimens.

• Pathologist with 2+ years experience post fellowship preferred, but not required

• Required:Medical Degree

• Required: Board certification/Board Eligibility in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology

• Preferred: Subspecialty Genitourinary Fellowship at an accredited facility

• Required: Current valid unrestricted medical license to practice in the state ofTN or ability to obtain licensure. AmeriPath will provide assistance obtaining other state licenses.

• Desired: Interest in Digital Pathology and Artificial Intelligence

• Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations

• Ability to communicate with high level decision makers in the organization
