About This Role
The Division of Human Resources is actively seeking a Time and Leave Specialist to be responsible for assisting in the administration and maintenance of the University's Universal Time and Leave System, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other university leave programs. This role serves as the liaison between Benefits and Time and Leave teams, ensuring system improvements and effective support for time and leave processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. About Us The Division of Human Resources at Kansas State University is made up of approximately 50 staff members. Specific oversight includes ASC-HR, Benefits, Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Engagement, ERP Systems, Resource Center Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Organizational Development, and Time and Leave. Worksite Description This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law.
