FP&A International Controller

What You Will Do:

This position is responsible for:

• The Regional Controller is responsible for regional actual/forecast reporting in OneStream, margin reporting, preparing/reviewing accruals, communicating with regional finance teams, and leading process improvement
• Additionally, this person will assist with the consolidation of monthly actual and forecast performance reporting activities; prepare and review various presentations on a monthly basis; develop performance period-to-period comparisons; and reconcile performance by region (EE/MEA/IAP/CN/SA)

What You Will Learn:

• The individual in this role will understand the SAP accounting flows for international vehicle flows.
• The analyst will learn FP&A's process of monthly actual and forecast performance reporting.
• The analyst will interact with finance teams from across the world and understand the nuances of each region's processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree; if no degree in accounting, finance or related degree, must have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• Minimum of 8 years professional Finance, Accounting or related experience
• Ability to work with large volumes of data, summarize and present in a concise, meaningful way
• Ability to support ad hoc reporting and consolidation requests
• Demonstrated project management skills to manage multiple work streams at one time
• Ability to deliver on high-priority requests in a timely manner
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OneStream
• Experience with SAP
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
