The Treasury Manager is directly responsible for managing the company's treasury accounting team as well as providing treasury data analytics and reporting for other members of the accounting and the FP&A teams as well as executive management. This position will play a vital role in the execution of asset-backed securitization processes, debt covenant compliance and related lender reporting requirements. The Treasury Manager will be a key stakeholder in supporting management's optimization of return on the company's financial assets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage treasury operations incl. cash management, debt compliance and bank administration.
  • Establish and maintain sound relationships with banks, creditors and other financial institutions.
  • Monitors market conditions to optimize investment decisions and interest income.
  • Supports daily cash position analysis and reporting process.
  • Assists with execution of securitization processes and lender reporting requirements.
  • Generates and delivers debt covenant or similar lender reporting as required.
  • Produces periodic treasury reporting and performs cash related analytics regularly.
  • Develops and maintains treasury queries and ad hoc reporting.
  • Prepares audit workpapers and assists with related procedures upon request.
  • Coordinates regularly with FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate reporting for the executive leadership team and board of directors.
  • Participates in special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Support strategic initiatives incl. process improvements and cross-functional systems projects
  • Implement and maintain sound treasury practices, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal controls, company policies, external regulations and standards as related to treasury and financial risk.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • CPA, CTP, CFA or similar professional certification is highly preferred.
  • 5-8 years of related treasury, finance or similar data analytics experience is essential.
  • Proficient knowledge of cash management, risk mitigation, treasury and accounting operations.
  • Experience with asset-backed securitizations, debt management and covenant compliance are preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge cash forecasting and similar financial modeling is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills is requisite.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools, required database query tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial ERP systems; PeopleSoft and OneStream experience are highly preferred.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $76,244 - $115,571
