Join Our Team as a Benefits Administrator!

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of employees by ensuring they have the best benefits experience possible? We are looking for a Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Do: As a Benefits Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for all things benefits! Your analytical skills and customer service expertise will shine as you:

  • Serve as the primary contact for benefit-related inquiries, guiding employees through health, welfare, and retirement programs.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communications to educate employees and their families about our fantastic benefits!
  • Monitor and test our benefits administration systems to ensure everything runs smoothly, especially during Annual Enrollment and system updates.
  • Ensure accuracy in benefit deductions by reviewing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies like a pro!
  • Reconcile 401(k), FSA, and HSA contributions to keep everything on track.
  • Track and monitor leaves of absence to ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct quarterly audits and assist with various compliance tasks, ensuring we meet all legal requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to our internal and external partners, making data easy to understand!

Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years' experience administering benefit plans.

Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).

Experience and knowledge of benefit compliance requirements (e.g. ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and Section 125) with state and federal laws.

UltiPro and compensation experience preferred.
