Description Operating room assistants will be assigned to teams and Operating rooms to provide support. ORA's will be expert technical assistants within specialty groupings. During cases ORA's will prepare materials and equipment or assure that all materials and equipment are ready for the cases. Between cases, ORA are expected to provide timely assistance. ORA responsibilities will include all activities that are required for case clean up, case turnaround, transportation and any other activities as directed. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
