Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Driver

As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. Your attention to detail and presence will help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors, while you work with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors.
• Carry out security-related procedures and enforce site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals with directions, information, and access-related inquiries.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and unusual activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with property management and/or emergency response teams when appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and promote a secure environment at the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
