Job Summary: The Data Analyst Intern will support the Club's data and analytics efforts across multiple business areas, including fan engagement, community initiatives, marketing, F&B, and retail. This position provides hands-on experience in building dashboards, analyzing fan and sales data, and supporting the ongoing development of the Club's data infrastructure. Responsibilities: Assist in building and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support various business units. Build and analyze survey data to provide insights on fan engagement, and key business metrics. Use Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to explore data, identify trends, and prepare reports for leadership. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or other related field Prior experience or coursework in data analytics or BI, preferred Familiar with Power BI or Tableau, SQL, and Excel Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Must be located in St. Louis for the duration of the summer internship Ability to work weekend and evening hours Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative team player eager to learn in a dynamic sports environment. Learning Objectives Gain hands-on experience with BI tools and data systems. Learn how analytics support strategic decision-making. Build practical skills in visualization, data accuracy, and KPI reporting. Understand the relationship between CRM, ticketing, and fan data in sports business.
