THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this critical position, you will oversee the performance of CDL Third-Party Testers and Examiners within a specified region, utilizing the CSTIMS application to detect trends and patterns, alongside both covert and overt audit activities. Your responsibilities include documenting audit findings for all CDL Third-Party Testers and their examiners in the designated area and reporting this information to the CDL Third-Party Compliance Manager. You will conduct field audits to ensure compliance with applicable testing laws and regulations, addressing minor contractual issues directly with testers or examiners during the audit and recording these matters in their files.

More significant concerns will be escalated to the CDL Third-Party Compliance Manager for further investigation. Additionally, you will prepare and submit detailed audit reports for each audit conducted, outlining any actions taken or recommendations for further steps. You will also investigate customer complaints related to CDL Third-Party testers and examiners in your area and take necessary actions. Furthermore, you will hold administrative meetings with examiners and testers, providing a summary of findings and recommendations to the CDL Third-Party Compliance Manager for review and resolution.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Philadelphia. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
  • This position may be eligible for alternate work schedule (AWS)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with N and P endorsements and with E, L, N, O, and Z restrictions removed.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
