Description Several positions available throughout the Gainesville Region. Specific branch locations will be discussed during the interview process. We currently have three (3) different shifts available, please indicate your preference on the application. Monday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 1:15 PM with 1-2 Saturdays per month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM or Monday - Thursday 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM, Friday 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM with 1-2 Saturdays per month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM Role Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Experience 0 - 1 year of similar or related experience 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience Other Skills Attention to Detail Banking Systems Cash Reconciliation Collaboration & Teamwork Communication Skills Compliance Confidentiality and Discretion Excellent Member Service Product Knowledge Problem Solving Time Management & Organization Part-Time Employee Benefits Package All Part-Time employees are eligible for benefits such as a 401(k) with up to a 5% company match, Holiday Pay based on work schedule, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, and Employee Wellness Reimbursement.
