Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for a Civil Designer to join our Norfolk office. The Civil Designer will develop drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D for use in planning, reports, and construction documents on Civil, Port, Maritime, and Infrastructure Engineering projects. This role is idea for someone with a strong foundation in civil design principles including site layout, grading, drainage and utility plans. A strong foundation in these concepts will allow the candidate to contribute meaningfully to projects from concept through construction documents. The civil designer will play a key role in project execution and must be capable of leading drawing collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
