This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Columbia Sportswear's dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. We pride ourselves on getting products to market quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. By leveraging data analytics, we're constantly pushing to make smarter business decisions and identifying innovative ways to make Columbia Sportswear's supply chain more efficient and effective to meet our consumers' ever-changing needs.

As an Account Services Representative II, you'll manage a large retail account base and ensure operational excellence from order placement through delivery. You'll proactively monitor compliance with customer requirements, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to reduce financial exposure and deliver exceptional service. Your ability to build strong relationships and drive process improvements will help us meet sales initiatives and exceed customer expectations.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Manage orders for key accounts from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy at SKU level, pricing, and delivery dates.

  • Analyze order-management processes and recommend improvements to sales reps and customers.

  • Monitor and report key customer metrics such as fill rate, on-time delivery, and chargebacks.

  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and planning teams to maximize on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements.

  • Drive issue resolution at the PO level and execute revisions within company guidelines.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and leverage supply chain strategies like direct ship and 3PL.

  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure replenishment programs succeed.

  • Proactively communicate with accounts and sales reps to suggest corrective actions and maintain strong relationships.
