Role and Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist, you play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive insights and solutions for ASML's business and technology goals. In this candidate-centered position, you will:

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns that support strategic decision-making
  • Design and implement predictive models to address technological challenges within the semiconductor industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Develop data visualization tools that make insights accessible and impactful
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data through robust validation and testing processes
  • Stay up to date with best practices in data science and apply them to ongoing projects
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1 or more years of experience applying data science methods in a professional or academic setting
  • Experience working with industry-standard tools such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Background in developing and deploying predictive models using real-world datasets
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing sector is a plus

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$99,375-165,625

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
