Acentra Health is looking for a Total Rewards, Director to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

• The purpose of this position is to ensure that the company's compensation and benefits programs align with its business objectives and to ensure regulatory compliance. This position leads the compensation and benefits functions, providing strategic guidance in the day-to-day operation of the division. This role can be remote although candidates local to Northern VA, DC or MD is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the compensation and benefits staff.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of base pay and incentive programs, equity plans, and benefits programs.
• Partner with executives and collaborate with HR Business Partners and other divisions within the Human Resources Department.

• Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Required Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Requires 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in compensation and/or benefits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' experience with people management
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of associates and management
• Local to Northern VA, DC or MD is preferred
