Your Tasks
- Develop and implement learning, leadership, and development programs that support continuous employee growth, including customized development plans.
- Design and drive talent development strategies such as performance management, succession planning, and leadership enablement.
- Ensure alignment of People Growth initiatives with regional needs and global objectives to support long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement People Department initiatives and deliver high-quality, cost-efficient development solutions.
- Support employee experience initiatives across the lifecycle, fostering engagement, inclusion, and continuous feedback.
- Oversee vendor relationships and regional training programs, ensuring knowledge management and alignment with local needs and global business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and People Operations to ensure solutions and tools meet regional expectations.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment and within HR operations; Or a combination of at least 3 years of relevant experience and an advanced degree (e.g., Master's in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Proven ability to manage and harmonize HR processes with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong operational execution skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all HR activities.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS and People technology tools, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems, plus strong vendor management capabilities.

Additional Information
- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.

- Location: Wakefield, MA (Hybrid, 2 days onsite preferred). Remote (U.S. Eastern Time Zone) considered for the right fit.
