Join our dynamic team dedicated to empowering leaders at all levels through innovative and impactful learning solutions. This pivotal role is an opportunity to define and drive how Artificial Intelligence (AI) transforms our leadership learning experiences and workflows, ensuring our programs are not only effective but also scalable and personalized. We are seeking a forward-thinking designer to shape the future of leadership training.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you will be responsible for:

Are you ready to jump into the future of learning? This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Instructional Design and Artificial Intelligence!

  • Be an AI Pioneer: You'll be on the ground floor, assisting in the design and development of next generation learning experiences powered by AI and automation.
  • Technology Innovator: Gain hands-on experience in technology implementation! You will contribute to the prototyping of new technologies and help implement cutting-edge solutions, continuously researching and evaluating emerging tools in the learning space.
  • AI Agent Management: Take an active role in creating, managing, and optimizing basic AI agents and tools used to deliver effective learning.
  • Collaborative Design: Put your passion for learning and teaching others into practice, working to create and deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Team Connector: You'll be a key collaborator, sharing your findings and helping team members adopt new strategies and technologies effectively.
  • Data Detective & Flexible Support: You will drive the collection and organization of learning data to help us track impact and inform smarter design decisions. You'll also tackle other exciting projects and duties as needed to support the growth of the Leadership Development team.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience with technology implementation, AI/tool management, workflow automation, or content development in a technical or learning environment.
  • Direct experience applying AI tools to enhance productivity or content creation in a technical or learning context.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience facilitating virtual or in-person training.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools to automate routine learning tasks like data entry, reporting, or notification delivery.
  • Direct experience in configuring, training, or managing AI agents used for support or content delivery.
  • Experience with collecting, interpreting, and presenting learning data from various sources to drive improvements in learning design and delivery (experience with Tableau, Power BI, or standards such as xAPI is a plus).
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodology and adult learning theory.
