We are looking for an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of integrated solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). This role involves defining architecture strategies, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering scalable solutions that meet sophisticated business requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, an eye for business, and excellent collaboration skills.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead architecture and design of integrated solutions across Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related platforms.
- Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure alignment of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) with existing Oracle EBS systems.
- Design scalable and reliable integration solutions for Fusion and EBS using APIs, middleware, and SOA technologies.
- Provide technical leadership for data migration, reporting, and analytics between Oracle Fusion and EBS.
Implementation & Project Management
- Oversee solution design during Oracle Fusion implementations and EBS upgrades.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
- Provide guidance on integration, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Integration & Data Management
- Define strategies for data migration and synchronization between Oracle Fusion and EBS.
- Collaborate with integration specialists to develop APIs and middleware solutions for seamless connectivity.
Governance & Standards
- Establish architecture standards, policies, and procedures for Oracle Fusion and EBS environments.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance requirements.
Partner Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions to gather requirements and present solution options.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP architecture and implementation roles.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules (Financials, Procurement, HRMS, SCM).
- Proven ability to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS systems effectively.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and APIs.
- Expertise in data migration tools, reporting, and customization using Oracle technologies.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and reliable IT solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid architecture principles.
- Ability to analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows.
- Prioritize listening over talking to fully understand business needs.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and meeting deadlines.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and add business value.
- Ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work and provide support during different time zones.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications preferred, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification (ERP, HCM, or SCM) and/or Oracle EBS R12 Certification.
- Ideally, familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in multi-country or global implementations preferred.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
