About You


You are a person who is passionate about supporting overall Facets (Trizetto claims processing and benefits) application and workflow. We need someone who is responsible for supporting business processes and solutions related to the needs of the specific business area for reporting, upgrades and ongoing operational support as well as supporting system/application configuration and administration of the Packaged Software along with customizations and participating in administration designed solutions, system testing and system performance. In the role of Process Solutions Architect III, you will be responsible for independently managing or maintaining processes and/or projects, aligning the ClaimsXM IT team with project tasks, processes, and/or support.

About The Position



  • Working independently of direct management and leadership oversight, providing client support, serving as the primary liaison between client and IT teams, responsible for making impactful decisions.


  • Work directly with and provide briefings as needed for executive leadership.


  • Managing/maintaining processes and/or projects, aligning the ClaimsXM IT team with project tasks, processes, and/or and support need.


  • Providing documentation and reporting, keeping team and stakeholders informed of project/process progression.


  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Facets application areas, including system/application architecture, technical structure of the internal and third-party system data integrations, and structure of requirements that governs the functionality of the system.


  • Plan and serve as a key liaison with vendors, business areas, and clients during development and implementation; ultimately supporting operations of the system data.


  • Independently analyze business problems or opportunities.


  • Develop recommendations and solutions for problems/opportunities; implement those solutions, and provide communications on the associated actions, business impacts, and results.


  • Contribute to the completion of projects within the allocated time and budget.


  • Provide support and assistance to team staff members.


  • Creates automated functions, reports, and extracts to satisfy system audits and compliance regulatory requirements in support of core system/application and ancillary applications.


  • Provide consultative support in analyzing business requirements / use cases / functional requirements to ensure the development of efficient enterprise solutions.


  • Perform analysis of current system usage of Package Software, customizations, subsystems and reports back to business areas regarding data structure improvements in process, system/data quality and results.


  • Support key components of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


  • Support building solutions that support business needs.


  • Support system automation Development and Maintenance.


  • Documentation -- writing system/technical specifications to ensure solution supports functional requirements.


  • Perform other related duties as necessary.



Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred. If no degree, must have 10 years of experience in general Facets data administration.


  • Must have experience in system automation (ex. PowerShell, Terraform, T-SQL, Desired State Configuration, command line tasks).


  • Must have 12+ years of TriZetto Facets data model/procedure experience.


  • Must be an effective team member working toward company goals.


  • Azure administration experience a plus.


  • System(s) level problem solving skills required.


  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.


  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and a wide variety of audiences.


  • Ability to successfully perform job functions independently without direct supervision.


  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Citrix experience a plus.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am to 430pm CST and Additional Hours Based on Business Needs
