Enterprise Application Architect Location: Onsite/Hybrid - Rancho Bernardo, San Diego Duration: Temp-to-Hire (6 months) Why This Role Matters Join a major IT transformation initiative for a large enterprise environment with thousands of users and hundreds of applications. What You'll Do * Serve as a trusted advisor to technology leadership and business stakeholders. * Align business goals with enterprise IT vision and strategy. * Design and validate cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure) and low-code/no-code platforms. * Lead application architecture reviews, ensuring reusability and compliance with standards. * Develop actionable roadmaps and guide technology initiatives. * Collaborate across architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams. * Drive adoption of AI, intelligent automation, and modern software patterns. What We're Looking For Experience: * 10+ years in IT (or equivalent), including 4+ years in enterprise architecture and 6+ years leading application development teams. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
