Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is hiring a Senior Technologist SME in Chantilly, VA. Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens with a TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph. Responsibilities: Provide Subject Matter Expertise in ways to improve and incorporate new technologies, resolve complex problems, and enhance processes. Provide deep technical and business expertise in microelectronics, high performance/quantum computing, and wireless/optical communication. Additional responsibilities may be added upon hire. Required Qualifications:* 5+ years of experience in microelectronics, high performance/quantum computing, or wireless/optical communication. Possess strong technical leadership skills. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Possess strong set of skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Have excellent organizational skills. Qualifications Desired:* 10+ years of experience as a technical SME. Prior experience running a business and providing high-end SETA support to complex government missions. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
