In this pivotal role, you will lead moderately complex research projects with autonomy, guiding product development from concept to launch. Your work will not only identify critical user needs and business opportunities but also foster a shared vision of user empathy across cross-functional teams. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of user experience and making a tangible difference in how people interact with technology, this is the place for you. **What You'll Do** * Propose innovative ideas to enhance products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations, driving user-centric thinking to collaboratively solve strategic, product, or technological challenges. * Champion inclusive research and design practices, actively promoting the creation of products that serve diverse user needs. * Guide product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs, communicating comprehensive findings and recommendations to cross-functional partners. * Identify, create, and effectively utilize key insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem. * Leverage a deep understanding of business goals, product ecosystems, user trends, and industry insights to inform research-driven, user-centric decision-making. * Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with larger goals, coordinating resource allocation, and proactively removing roadblocks to progress. * Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities, fostering user empathy and guiding a shared vision and strategy with partners. * Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting research strategies for large or complex projects, and executing comprehensive analyses, including defining qualitative/quantitative frameworks and developing strategic surveys. * Build consensus and influence teams to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders while anticipating challenges. **Required Skills & Experience** * Demonstrated expertise in interactive technology. * Proficiency in ethical UX research principles and practices. * Strong command of UX research methodologies (qualitative and/or quantitative). * In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle. * Expertise in human/user behavior analysis. * Proven ability in UX storytelling to communicate insights effectively. * Solid understanding of research processes from planning to execution and reporting. * Proficiency in UX systems thinking. **About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
