Our Company We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help develop the future of Photoshop for creators everywhere. In this role, you'll sit at the center of Photoshop's most ambitious expansion beyond the desktop-spanning mobile, web, LLM-powered workflows, and emerging surfaces. You'll join a high-impact team reimagining creative imaging by blending Photoshop's core capabilities with Generative AI and agentic experiences to drive new user growth and activation at scale. Consumer creativity trends are moving beyond desktop software to mobile devices, GenAI and LLMs, and web applications. Photoshop leads by bringing creativity to every surface. We build tools that improve human creativity, value authenticity, and give creators control over their uniqueness at every step. You'll join an innovative, empowered team moving quickly across research, engineering, and product to imagine what's next. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
