LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting a Project Manager to support our contract at PEO STRI in Orlando, FL.

Position Overview:

LinTech Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our contract at PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for planning and executing enterprise IT infrastructure projects, including network modernization, server and storage deployments, cybersecurity remediation initiatives, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure efforts.

This position requires a hands-on project manager who is comfortable operating alongside network engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity professionals, and operations teams, translating complex technical work into executable plans, schedules, and risk decisions. The ideal candidate understands infrastructure delivery in regulated environments and can balance governance requirements with operational realities.

Job Duties:



  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects on schedule and within scope and budget
  • Manage initiatives involving networks, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource forecasts aligned to technical execution
  • Coordinate maintenance windows, system cutovers, outage communications, and go-live activities
  • Track and manage risks related to availability, performance, capacity, security, and operational impact
  • Partner directly with Network Operations, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams
  • Support projects tied to ATO timelines, RMF activities, STIG remediation, and cybersecurity findings
  • Prepare and present clear status reports, risk briefings, and decision points for government and contractor leadership
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate, with an emphasis on infrastructure delivery and operational readiness
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards
  • Manage vendor coordination, contract deliverables, and infrastructure-related dependencies


Required Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of project management experience leading medium-to-large scale initiatives.
  • An Active DOD Secret Security Clearance is required to start.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of project management experience leading medium-to-large scale initiatives
  • Proven success managing both Agile and Waterfall (and/or hybrid) project environments
  • Experience operating within a formal PMO with governance, standards, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of project financials, risk analysis, and change control
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools, preferably ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience managing projects involving:

    • Enterprise networks
    • Windows and Linux server environments
    • Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware)
    • Backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam)
    • Hybrid or cloud infrastructure


  • Familiarity with ATO, RMF, STIGs, and cybersecurity compliance requirements
  • Prior experience supporting Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments
  • Experience coordinating across multiple technical teams with competing priorities
