Job Overview The role ofthe WarehouseAssociateI,is responsible forproviding the highest level of quality and service to our customers.Responsibilities includeaccurateandtimelyreceiving ofinventory, product movement, cycle counting and shipping orders accuratelyin a timely mannerand in a salable condition.While performing duties, the WarehouseAssociate Iwill be responsible for operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner. A Day In The Life Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensurea cleanand safe working environment to ensure safety and security of all employees. Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in orderto ensurelittle to noaccidents. Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occurtominimize safety risk. Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policiesin order toensurethe highestlevels of safety and quality. Follow all visual aids with the distribution center in orderto maximizesafety, quality, and productivity. Contribute process suggestionstocontinuously improve warehouse operations Identifydeviations in the process andimmediatelynotify supervisor to correct issue. Fully Contributetocontinuous improvement events to improve operations Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation. What will help you thrive in this role? Ability to perform work for a maximum of nine hours per day. Willingness to embrace the Hubbell Values and Behaviors.
