Job Overview

The role ofthe WarehouseAssociateI,is responsible forproviding the highest level of quality and service to our customers.Responsibilities includeaccurateandtimelyreceiving ofinventory, product movement, cycle counting and shipping orders accuratelyin a timely mannerand in a salable condition.While performing duties, the WarehouseAssociate Iwill be responsible for operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

A Day In The Life

  • Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensurea cleanand safe working environment to ensure safety and security of all employees.
  • Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in orderto ensurelittle to noaccidents.
  • Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occurtominimize safety risk.
  • Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policiesin order toensurethe highestlevels of safety and quality.
  • Follow all visual aids with the distribution center in orderto maximizesafety, quality, and productivity.
  • Contribute process suggestionstocontinuously improve warehouse operations
  • Identifydeviations in the process andimmediatelynotify supervisor to correct issue.
  • Fully Contributetocontinuous improvement events to improve operations
  • Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation.
