This role will report to the Supply Chain Director. The proper candidate should be willing to travel 25-30%. Supply Chain Manager

Main mission:



  • Responsible for all Supply chain related activities for (Sales Administration/ Planning/ Procurement/ warehouse/ Export Control) in line with global SC department (France/ Netherland/ USA)
  • Coordinate and support the local team to realize the ambitious ramp-up plan.
  • Measure performance and improve efficiency and integrity of the supply chain
  • Initiate corrective actions to mitigate disruptions and risks


Description/ Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement supply chain strategies in alignment with business goals, and close collaboration with global supply chain.
  • Establish highest material service level, to establish high level parts and equipment availability
  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and ensure continues quality standards
  • Analyze inventory levels, implement strategies to reduce process waste
  • Create supply plans to meet market needs based on S&OP process and forecast management
  • Identify potential disruptions and risks in the supply chain and develop plans to mitigate identified risks
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators in alignment with management
  • Implement new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance of Supply Chain team
  • Work with all departments and corporate functions to ensure cohesive and effective supply chain.
  • Establish training & development plans for team members
  • Main contact for the different projects: Integration of the APS/ERP/MES, Intercompany flow, production implementation.
  • Be part of the Global Supply Chain Management team and on the Sturbridge management team.
  • Be able to travel (up to 30%) to other sites and critical suppliers.

Experience/Education



  • Project management knowledge
  • ERP knowledge, experience with Sage X3 is preferred
  • Master's degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience with stock optimization
